Heart Pillow Class

I just want to share with you a few of the completed heart pillow covers from Tuesdays class.  They are so pretty :)

I am having the class again next week on Tuesday, Feb. 6th, 12:00pm-2:30pm and then Tuesday, Feb. 13th, 1:00pm-3:30pm.  Come join us!

What we have been working on!!

Good Morning!

Our first classes have their wallhanging tops ready to quilt and their boxes ready to decorate.  I can hardly wait to see how they turn out!

We will be teaching both of these classes again this week.  If you would like to join us call, come by the store or PM me and see which class time is a good fit.

New Quilting Class!

Good Morning!

Come join us and learn how to make one of these adorable quilted wall hangings. You can choose either the button/mason jars or thread spools.

There will be two (2) classes, class one(1) is Saturday, June 10th 11:00am - 2:00pm or Tuesday, June 13th 11:00am - 2:00pm, class two(2) is June 24th 11:00am - 2:00pm.

You will learn the correct way to cut your fabric, how to get a true 1/4" seam, how to baste your quilt, and sew on your binding.

When you register and pay for your class, $20 each class, you will get your supply list.

June Quilt Class

Good Morning!!

We are getting excited to start our quilt project.  I want to share a picture of the pattern we are going to be using.  

It is called Yellow Brick Road.  So far I haven't seen anyone choose yellow to be in their quilt, lol.  This pattern will work with any color scheme you like.  
Come join us on Saturday, June 4th at 11:00am.  This is the first of three (3) classes.  All You need to bring to this first class is twelve (12) fat quarters, cutting mat, ruler, and rotary cutter.

June Quilt Class

Good Morning!

Are you ready to start a quilting project? 

We are going to be starting a lap quilt on Saturday, June 4^th.  This quilt will be made from fat quarters.  You need to have sewing knowledge but this is a good challenge for beginners.

We are going to meet three (3) times throughout June & July.  Each class will be $20 and last for approximately two (2) hours with two (2) hours of working time following the class.  Yes, I’m afraid there will be homework, lol. 

Come to the store by Saturday, May 28^th to register for the class and get all the information for what you will need on class day.

Christmas Quilted Table Runner Meet Up

Hello!

I know you all are scratching your heads....quilting at the scrapbook store?????

Let me explain.  Many of us are "multi-crafters" and over the last couple of years I have had several requests to teach you how to quilt.  I am by no means and expert but I do love quilting.  So, I have decided to do a BEGINNERS class starting with a Christmas table runner.  When we are done we can scrapbook our fun!

I have scheduled a "meet up" for Saturday, September 5th.  This is where we will discuss what the class will be, what you will need to bring, see the pattern we're going to use, and decide when we want to schedule the class(es).  If you are not able to attend please let me know you are interested and I will make sure you get the information.
