Creative Goodness

Hello My Friends,

I just want to share some photos of what's been going on at the store the last couple of weeks.  So much paper goodness!

Here's a couple of dates to put in your calendar:

Kelley is going to teach us another class on June 7th called Creative Embossing.  There will be 2 class held, 2:00pm - 4:00pm and 5:30pm - 7:30pm.  The cost is only $20.  Details will be finalized this week.

Are you ready for another crop?  Well we are gearing up for one on June 27th and 28th, WooHoo!  Again, details will be finalized this week so stay tuned.

October Events

Hello my Scrappin' Friends,

Here's the October Calendar.  Please note the change of the store hours on Saturday's.  

Tomorrow is National Card Making Day.  Come play with us and make 3 beautiful cards for only $10!  What a great way to spend a rainy Saturday.

We have lots of great classes this month as we all get ready for the holidays.  Sign up early to make sure you get in the classes you want.

We are having a 2 day crop at the end of the month.  It's only $25 per day.  Get your table reserved early!  Costumes are not required but there may be a special prize......:)

Fiesta Crop

Are you signed up for the Fiesta Crop?

Need an excuse to get out of the heat?  Come join us for a two day crop!  The fun will begin Friday August 2nd at 10 a.m. and last until 10 pm, then resume Saturday August 3rd at 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. 

The price is $35.00 each day and this includes, a crop table, snacks, and one meal each day.  There will be a challenge each day with a prize package worth $50.00.  There will be giveaways and secret sales each day.  Rummer has it there may be a Birthday celebration or two...... 

You can sign up by calling the store and using your credit card or come by the store.

Come join us and show your team spirit.  Won't it be fun to rib your friends about their team choice!  There will be a challenge or two, random drawings, special sales just for croppers, and of course a treat or two!  Only $ 10.00 per day and you get your own 6 foot table.

Please feel free to decorate your table and/or yourself.  Your teams does not have to be collegiate or professional.  We have some great teams right here in the Wiregrass!

Summer Fun Crop

Are you ready for some summer fun? 

Come beat the heat at a 2 day crop July 13th and 14th.  There will be a crop gift for every registered cropper, a fun challenge, prizes, prizes and more prizes!

Come and play with us and get your summer fun pictures in your scrapbook for everyone to enjoy.  

It's only $20.00 for Friday (July 13th) 10:00am until 10:00pm and Saturday (July 14) 10:00am - 10:00 pm. That's 24 hours of uninterrupted croppin'! 

There will be light snacks but feel free to bring your own or something to share and the coffee pot is always on.

APRIL NEWSLETTER

Spring is in the air at Kat and June Bug’s!  We are having classes every Tuesday this month, TWO - Crop All Day events, a Come and Go Card Workshop and Weekly Demos of different products.  Hope you can make it to at least a few of these fun happenings.

WEEKLY DEMOS

Starting Monday-April 2^nd.  Stop in anytime this week and learn about Flower Soft, Monday-April 9^th begins Epiphany Crafts Button Maker.  Monday-April 16^th it’s all about Goosebumps Texture Spray, and Monday- April 23^rd Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist. (Any particular products you have wanted to see demonstrated let me know and I will get it on a future schedule.)

CRICUT CLASSES

I am offering a variety of levels of Cricut Classes.

If you are a Beginner/New Owner/or just want a basic refresher course, Cricut 101 is the class for you.  Learn how to use all those Creative Features to enhance your scrapbook pages and cards.  One hour classes are scheduled on two days this month. Cost is $10.00

Want to learn beyond the basics including shadowing/layering, Cricut 201 is the one. Two hour classes are scheduled on two days this month.  Cost is $25.00.

Cricut with Fabric Two hour class is scheduled twice on Thursday- April 26th.  Learn the techniques of using fabric in your machine.  This is an Advanced Class and you should have completed 201 first.  Cost is $25.00.

(Not this Month, but Coming Soon:  Cricut 301 – Wow!  Absolutely everything you have wanted to make with your Cricut machine.  This is an Advanced Class and you should have completed 201 first.  Honestly, you will be glad you did. )

Please see the APRIL calendar for class dates and times.  You will need your basic tool kit for all classes.  All classes require Registration (in store or by phone) and pre-payment.  24 hour cancellation required for refund.   

CROPS

Come Crop all day two Fridays this month (April 13th and 27th) 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.   Light snacks will be provided.  You are encouraged to bring your own favorites to sustain you!! Cost is $5.00.

CROPPIN’ WITH BEA

We are so fortunate to have Bea back for another crop.  If you missed her March event you will definitely want to be here Friday and Saturday April 20th and 21st.  This Crop is scheduled for 10:00am-Midnight on Friday and 10:00am – 10:00 pm on Saturday.  Those of you who participated and enjoyed the last Crop with Bea will want to come back for more!  Cost is $20.00 and registration is required.  Hurry and reserve your table, this Crop fills up fast!

Beatriz has been scrapping, designing and teaching for many years now. She has a passion for paper crafts and teaches throughout the Southeast.  You will be inspired the entire weekend as she designs layouts with all the new products we have. SPECIAL MOTHER’S DAY CARD CLASS

Mother’s Day is Sunday, May 13^th.  Time to get your special cards made.  Class is scheduled twice on Tuesday, April 24th. (See calendar for times).  All paper is included.  Cost $20.00

CARD WORKSHOP

One card workshop is scheduled this month on Saturday April 14th, 10:30am – 3:30 pm.  ALL SUPPLIES INCLUDED.  Come when you want and stay as long as you want.   Cost is $10.00

Please note that because of the Easter Holiday, the store will close at 5:00 pm Good Friday April 6th and no crop is scheduled. 

I'm really looking forward to seeing all of you this busy, fun filled month.  New products are arriving weekly, including Lucky 8 punches.  If you haven’t seen these yet you will be amazed at what they do.
